In honor of this date, the provider of digital services Dom.ru opens the exhibition "House in space .ru: 30 years of the Runet", which will be held from September 18 to November 8, 2024 in the Moscow Business Center "Central City Tower".

In honor of this date, the provider of digital services Dom.ru opens the exhibition "House in space .ru: 30 years of the Runet", which will be held from September 18 to November 8, 2024 in the Moscow Business Center "Central City Tower".
The works of nine contemporary artists will be presented: Polina Kabin, Alexey Sebyakin, Daria Arbuzova, Slava Nesterov, Kirill Manchunsky, Turben, Roman Golovko, Alfiya Shaikhulova and Daniil Kudryashov. The exhibition is divided into three thematic zones: "Past", "Present" and "Future" — each of which symbolizes different stages of the development of the Russian Internet.
Thematic areas
- "The Room of the Past"Invites visitors to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the 90s with the works of Kirill Menchinsky, Turbin and Daniil Kudryashov, which illustrate the first steps of the Russian Internet in conditions of limited access and minimal technologies.
- "The Room of the Present"Represents the digital world of today — fast, convenient and diverse. Polina Abina, Alexey Sebyakin and Alfiya Shaikhulova show how the Internet has changed our lives and has become an integral part of modern reality.
- "The Room of the Future"It offers a glimpse into the world of tomorrow with the works of Polina Kabin, Slava Nesterov, Roman Golovko and Daria Arbuzova. The artists present possible scenarios for the future development of the Internet and its impact on society and culture.
The exhibition "Home in space.ru: 30 years of the Runet" has become a large-scale continuation of the online project "History of the Runet" from Dom.ru, which was attended by artists and employees of the company who shared their personal memories of various periods of the existence of the Russian Internet.
